In October 2022, Israel imposed new draconian entry procedures for travelers holding foreign passports wishing to visit Palestinians (Palestinian Authority [PA] ID holders) in the occupied West Bank. These regulations, which violate both international and Israeli law, include some bizarrely intrusive requirements for foreigners entering into relationships with PA ID holders.
