Notes
Sunbula (“Stalk”) evolved from a small craft shop established during the First Intifada to a nonprofit fair-trade organization whose main focus is product development support. It now works in direct partnership with 25 producer organizations to support their craft producers by helping women to develop new products, pursue training in Palestine’s traditional crafts, obtain materials, and reach new markets.
