The Palestinian Counseling Center (PCC) provides comprehensive mental health services, including therapy, psychological counseling, and social and educational services to prevent the development of psychological problems and build capacity. It also provides consultations to organizations and individuals working in mental health, in addition to lobbying and advocacy to influence legislation and policies that enhance the right to a state of mental well-being in Palestine.

The Palestinian Counseling Center was established in 1983 by a group of psychologists, educators, and community activists. The organization maintains a holistic perspective regarding the health of an individual and attempts to also address the psychosocial, sociological, and political contexts that impact the lives of Palestinians. In all of its efforts, the PCC adopts a rights-based approach, working to empower the members of the community.
